Do Stonefist Insignia's lengthen the knockdown on, say, [Pounce]?

It does not. When you use a pet skill, an effect is applied to the pet itself, which is activated on the next attack. Since the effect is activated from the pet, no bonus is applied. Tested in isle of the nameless.
